QA Manager
Whitehall, MI

As a QA Manager for our client, you will be responsible for cultivating strong, positive relationships with customers, discovering their expectations and meeting them through leadership of the Whitehall Division’s total quality efforts. You must be professional and polished and have impeccable communications skills, as you will act as a representative for our client.

As you direct a team of quality assurance personnel, you will evaluate and report the performance of the quality system to senior management in order to lay the groundwork for quality improvement. It will be your task to ensure process, product, material and subcontracted components comply with AIAG PPAP requirements. You will also be responsible for preparing and monitoring departmental budgets in order to augment our client’s profitability.

We’re looking for the kind of leader who will roll up his or her sleeves and show the team the meaning of dedication.

To qualify, you must have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management and five to seven years of experience. You must also have quality management and trends experience with Tier 1 Suppliers. Certification in Lean Manufacturing or ASQM is preferred.
