Job Description:

Successful canidate will be have the ability to provide preventative maintenance and repair for hydraulic and traction elevators, capable of working with little supervision. 

40 hours per week with occasional overtime 

Company vehicle provided 

5 years experience 

Provide your own hand tools 

Hourly rate of pay depending on experience

Summary of Qualifications: 

Strong experience in maintaining, installing and repairing elevators 

Sound knowledge of regulations, ordinances and building codes, exceptional knowledge of OSHA 

Familiarity with all major elevator manufacturers and equipment’s 

Ability to read blueprints and schematics and maintain and repair the equipment accordingly 

Ability to make quick decisions and working at flexible times 

Ability to perform troubleshooting on a variety of components such as hydraulic, mechanical and electrical
