Senior Manager, Accounting

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting engagement teams and for managing relationships between clients and the firm as well as by acquiring new clients and developing new services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Becoming the lead and primary point of contact for clients
• Finding new business development opportunities and making sales to existing and/ or potential clients
• Networking in order to identify potential clients
• Reviewing all levels of work
• Supporting engagement teams with operational, business and technical expertise
• Developing and evaluating professional development tools
• Consulting with clients and liaising with Principals, Associate Partners and Partners
• Reviewing and analyzing WIP
• Collaborating on complex internal projects including audit methodology
• Monitoring realization and profitability of engagements
• Managing risk on some engagements
• Assisting in recruiting, training and mentoring of Managers and other staff
• Participating in performance management system

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Chartered Accountant Designation or equivalent
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a public accounting firm
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Manager

Pay Range:

 $130- $140K
