Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Maintain security access passes and daily access logs Maintain and coordinate office equipment and building repairs and changes Coordinate offsite file retrievals and returns and maintain related inventories Full Secretarial Services Process documents including formatting, editing, reviewing, printing, copying, scanning. Provide meeting support services including preparation of materials, presentations, equipment. Provide seminar support services Provide administrative support services Provide other support services upon request Experience and Skills Candidate should possess computer skills with adequate typing, customer service experience and communication skills. Candidate should also be able to multi-task when working with a multi line phone system, while transferring calls to the appropriate person.
