Junior Paralegal / Paralegal Specialist - Immigration Duties: Drafting and revising non-immigrant and immigrant petitions (i.e., attorney submission letter, addendum, itinerary, company support letter, immigration forms etc); compiling all supporting documents for clients' signature; finalizing and preparation of cases for filing; communicating with the USCIS regarding status checks on documents when necessary; data input into tracking system; Maintenance of case database. Support position assisting the attorneys, secretaries and Paralegals within the Corporate Immigration Department. Primary duties will include: Draft and revise nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions (i.e., attorney submission letter, addendum, itinerary). Compilation of all supporting documents for clients' signatures. Finalize and prepare cases for filing. Communication with USCIS to check status whenever necessary. Client document / data input into departmental tracking system, including approval notices. Ongoing Maintenance of database for NIIT cases. Case preparation assistance. Overtime may be required on occasion. Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.

Requirements: A High School diploma (or equivalent); Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus. 2+ years of experience in above skill areas is required. Must have working knowledge of Office/administrative procedures and an excellent command of the English language, both written and oral. Must have proficiency in operating a personal computer, telephone, voice mail and other Office equipment. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to speak, write and translate the German language a plus. Proficiency in Tracker a plus. Overtime and flexibility will be required. Must be proficient in the operation of Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in Tracker a plus.
