Senior Litigation Technical Specialist The candidate consults with attorneys to determine litigation needs and determine support requirements, including anticipated document collections, e-discovery, etc. Responsible for all aspects of litigation support including training, Administration, trouble shooting, user support, database Management, and user training. Will work directly with attorneys, Paralegals, and the support groups in determining needs, recommending strategy and implementing solutions for case Management and Trial preparation. Troubleshoot technical problems related to Practical Support software. Participate in Trial prep including coordinating vendors, assisting with designation, coordinating graphic projects, providing database and other Technical Support. Will work with attorneys to conduct client IT and custodial interviews, prepare for 30 (b)(6) depositions of technical witnesses and assist in the meet and confer process.

The candidate should have Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience. Must have 5+ years of experience as a litigation Support Specialist or a Paralegal in case Management, large-scale document Production, use of databases, and assistance with all stages of discovery and Trial preparation. Trial presentation experience preferred. Knowledge of various databases, and other litigation support software required. Summation, Concordance, Relativity, LiveNote, Trial Director or Sanction and other technologies and software packages required. Certifications are a plus and will be encouraged. Experience in development, use and Maintenance of litigation support applications and databases needed.
