Real Estate Paralegal The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal certificate. Experience in all aspects of complex Commercial and Residential Real Estate transactions title and survey review, closing due diligence and facilitation in the closing, as well as post closing follow-up is preferred. Experience with complex Commercial, Commercial financing, and residential deals is preferred. Real estate closing experience is required. Law firm experience is preferred. Must be detail-oriented. Superior organizational and communication skills are required.
