Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Good Shepherds pediatric programs are well known throughout the region. We are currently looking for an individual to lead, plan, implement, control and evaluate inpatient and outpatient pediatric health care delivery programs and operations throughout the Good Shepherd continuum. The chosen individual will be responsible for the performance and management of our pediatric managment contract with CHOP. We are looking for someone who is results oriented, has in depth financial understanding of health care to include medical assistance and managed care. Must have superb customer service skills and the ability to lead people. Requirements Master's degree or higher (MBA, MSN, MHA) Sustantive knowledge base of pediatric rehailitative services child-based background including but not limited to therapy, nursing, special education, or social work. Would also consider a non-clinical business background if have functioned in a similar environment. Five (5) years of pediatric management experience in a like or similar setting.
