OVERVIEW:
Great opportunity to join an international Civil Engineering project company with key operations in Calgary.  Play a key role in the planning, estimation and delivery of numerous Civil Engineering projects in the Calgary area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interact with customers to define the technical requirements of projects.
• Customer site visits in the local Calgary area
• Interact with internal design engineers regarding the project design requirements and technical specifications.
• Ensure that project designs meet the clients original design requirements.
• Make technical presentations to corporate clients.
• Prepare and present lunch and learn sessions on new technologies or standards.
• Maintain project documentation.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• P. Eng. or EIT preferably in Civil Engineering
• 3-5 years work experience in a similar role.
• Experience in Structural or Geotechnical engineering is an asset.
• Experience gathering technical requirement.
• Experience crafting and presenting  technical proposals
• Must be very well organized
• Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

OTHER INFORMATION:
Candidates must have Canadian Citizenship or Canadian Permanent Residency status.
No relocation is available and only local residents of the Calgary area will be considered at this time.
This is a full-time employee position, Contractors will not be considered.
