Challanges and Opportunity:
You will be joining a high powered elite team of software engineers and your role will be to spearhead all UI/UX design and development for web based IssS tools. You will work closely with the product management team to lead the definition of requirements for the User Experience. And, you will work closely with the Development Team Leader for the development of the User Interface and its integration with the backend software.

 Position Skill, Education and Experience Requirements:
• BS Computer Science, Math, Physics, IT Management or related field
  OR 2 year’s additional software product/SaaS UI/UX development experience.
• 5 years software product or SaaS development experience focused on UI/UX design and development.
• Minimum 5 years JavaScript development experience
• Solid experience with frameworks like ExtJS or Sproutcore or a similar Framework.
• Solid understanding of API design and Object Oriented principles
• Must be comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment.
• The ability to provide leadership and work as an individual contributor, willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
• Good communications skills, both verbal and written are required.
• Must be a team player, Prima Donnas’ need not apply.

Any graphics design experience or proven skills with UI aesthetics would be a great asset.
