Executive Assistant
Location: Mississauga, ON
DESCRIPTION:
- Apply appropriate due diligence by ensuring accuracy in preparing and promptly completing all required supporting documentation (i.e. reports, presentations, proposals, invoices, correspondence/communications, tables, charts, files etc.)
- Proactively manages the calendar, coordinates travel arrangements and performs administrative duties (expense reporting, mail, appointment, printing, faxing, photocopying, etc.)
- Reviews various documents, including quotes and agreements, to ensure compliance with corporate policy.
- Schedule and organize client events/tours, including preparation and coordination by booking the facility/meeting room
- Proficient minute-take with an ability to prepare high quality concise meeting minutes for various groups
- Maintain operational sale records/reports
QUALIFICATIONS [Minimum Requirements]:
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a Executive Assistant/Senior Assistant role
- Excellent computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Confidentiality, diplomacy and a high degree of professionalism required
- Fast learner with a great attention to detail
- Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
