We are looking for a Malthouse Manager at our plant in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The successful candidate will have at least an Associate degree; however, a Bachelors degree is preferred.
Experience in food processing and/or grain experience is a plus.
Job Requirements
Have knowledge of Best Operating Procedures and Industrial Safety
At least 5 years supervising
The ability to work with a diverse group of people
Be available to work some weekends and holidays, possible rotating shifts.
Be available to put in the hours needed to get the job done.
Responsibilities will include hiring, supervision of a staff of up to 16.
Payroll management, safety observation audits, sanitation audits, and terminations to list a few.
