COMMUNITY PROPERTY MANAGER: 2 PERSON TEAMS!!
Location: Nanaimo, BC area
We own and operate over 300 retirement communities in North America. We provide our residents with more than just a place to live -- we provide a Lifestyle, which embraces Simplicity, Security, Wellness and Independence.
We are currently seeking pairs of motivated managers for our communities. In this position, you'll have the chance to work alongside your partner (spouse, sibling, significant other, or roommate), receive a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
This position requires 2 applicants to apply together as a team. We are not matching up applicants at this time.
The ideal team is team-oriented, with sales experience, and is willing to relocate.
In addition to a salary, we reward our Community management teams with many additional benefits including:
Rent-free onsite accommodation/apartment with paid utilities including electricity, water, cable and more.
Three chef-prepared meals, seven days a week, as well as housekeeping and linen service.
Two weeks paid vacation per year PLUS the ability to enjoy our travel program, meaning you can stay at any of our 300+ Communities at no cost.
Pet friendly facilities; as Managers, you can have a pet that weighs less than 20 pounds.
Base Salary in addition to Bonus commission paid monthly. We will help with relocation costs, if necessary.

Our communities cater to independent seniors seeking to enjoy a retirement free from cooking, cleaning, home maintenance, and even driving if they wish. Along the way, you'll develop many incredibly warm and caring relationships with the seniors and families you serve.
