Job Responsibilities and Requirements: To provide Administrative support to Management and the sales team. Major Duties and Responsibilities (include the below but are not solely limited to): Support of the sales and Account Management Program Leads and Territory Mapping Maintain customer lists Collaborate with other branches on best practices and Technology solutions Assist sales with quotes, RFQ s/RFI s, proposals, and informational packets Assist sales and Account Managers with preparation of presentations Assist with Preparation for sales, Retention & Development Meetings Assist District Manager with Preparation of Branch Meeting External Reporting based on needs of client Internal Reporting (i.e. status and analytical reports) Internet research Liaison with Corporate/Regional sales & Marketing Department Qualifications: Programming skills to include Excel macros, Visio or Savvion process mapping software a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a challenging fast paced environment with multiple deadlines Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be detail and team oriented Key Areas: Attention to detail - Rate quotes and customer proposals must be Retail ready and should be prepared as if the customer was receiving it. Mistakes and typos should be corrected. Follow up - Much of the work involves reservations, deadlines, and time sensitive requests. It is important that the tasks assigned are followed up on completely with effective communication of their status. Organization is critical in ensuring projects are completed.
