Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all phases of the litigation process from e-discovery, through Trial and post Trial findings and appeals. Duties include managing document Production processes, preparation of witness files and exhibits, assisting with the preparation and filing of briefs, appeals and other Legal documents, and preparation for and attendance at Trial. Other responsibilities include researching and reviewing the following: transcripts, cite checking/shepardizing, factual research, Legal research, Proofreading of documents, etc. and special projects as assigned.
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree. Must have 3+ years of Litigation Paralegal experience in a law firm. Knowledge of E-Discovery software is required. Paralegal Certificate is preferred. Must be willing to work overtime and Travel as needed.
