Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Descriptions The Sales Corporate Analyst overall responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to the following: Overall responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Updates Salesforce.com with appropriate notes ensuring information is up to date and accurate and adding contacts from meetings Prepares reports and sales related analytics Collaborates with other departments related to monthly financial reviews to ensure accurate data is gathered within assigned deadlines Schedules and coordinates internal and external sales meetings, sales events, travel shows and WebEx presentations Functions as a liaison from Sales to key internal business partners: Proposal Group, Marketing, Finance, Recruiting when needed Follows up on tasks resulting from executive management and client meetings Maintains confidentiality of all corporate and personnel matters Maintains electronic filing systems Prepares for and coordinates office tours Maintains Contract Management (using SharePoint) including updated certifications and insurance Coordinates other projects and / or tasks as assigned Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have 7 years experience supporting C- level executive(s); experience in the IT Staffing Industry Strong PC skills including outlook, word, excel, power point Experience with Salesforce.com and SharePoint Excellent organizational skills Demonstrated track record of managing complex projects Excellent communication skills. Must have excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation skills Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors Friendly, enthusiastic and energetic with customers, co-workers, managers and visitors. Promote and project a positive company image; treat others with courtesy and respect Must be detailed orientated Must be adaptable and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands Must demonstrate a high energy level and commitment to excellence.
