Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Our client, a citrus company in Riverside is seeking an Accounting clerk with a food industry background. Seeking someone with a college degree, intermediate in MS Office Word and Excel and AS400 systems. Will be handling the receiving, billing and invoicing of all fruit and calculating the pack out for the grower. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Hours are 8am -5pm, Monday to Friday. Essential job duties: Check daily receiving' Calculate grower packout results Distributes growers packouts weekly Provide weekly picks to the dept Invoice juices Maintain petty cash and deposits Prepares board reports on receipts, new members and pool closings Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 2-3 years General Accounting experience Grower Accounting knowledge is a plus Spokane software experience is a plus Intermediate in MS Office Word and Excel and AS400 systems College degree is required Bilingual Spanish is helpful Requirements: Qualifications: 2-3 years General Accounting experience Grower Accounting knowledge is a plus Spokane software experience is a plus Intermediate in MS Office Word and Excel and AS400 systems College degree is required Bilingual Spanish is helpful.
