Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsible for Preventive Maintenance and adjustment to standard and automated equipment. Partner's with Manufacturing Leadership to assure goals related to delivery are met through accurate repairs and machine performance. Works closely with Engineering to provide strategic feedback to implement continuous improvement goals related to production performance. Analyses the Department's Operation and Recommends changes to Supervisors. Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals. Performs Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical equipment used in the manufacturing process. Performs computer based programming support for automated equipment. Other Job Duties / Qualifications: Preferred background is that of minimum 5-8 years Journeyman Level experience in Millwright, Maintenance, or Electrical with Mechanical background in a Manufacturing Environment. Must have strong troubleshooting skills and can work with minimal supervision. Must provide proven history in Mechanical/Electrical experience related to equipment repair. Skills related to Robotics and/or Automation is desired. Machines, Tools, Equipment Used: All Electrical Troubleshooting Tools. All hand and power tools. Forklift, Man Lift, Crain. Lathes and Mills. Basic Qualifications: 5 years of machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. High School or GED. Additional Qualifications: 5 years Journeyman Level experience in Millwright, Maintenance, or Electrical with Mechanical background in a Manufacturing Environment Strong troubleshooting skills and can work with minimal supervision To view and apply for this position, please visit and reference job number 186552.
