Reporting to the Global Group Director - Culture & Change based in Sydney, Australia, this newly created role can be based in any of our global offices and provides specialist strategic & tactical advice and organizational support for leaders in managing large scale and/or priority organizational change and cultural alignment initiatives on a global and local scale. As a key member of a small, professional global People team, this role works closely with the Global Culture and Change Group, the broader People Group and Location HR teams. Through influencing business leaders, you will drive processes and activities to embed the organizational culture throughout the company whilst respecting diverse nationalities and local culture. You will develop, plan and facilitate strategic change initiatives in collaboration with business leaders. Supporting and guiding leaders in organizational change management in their respective business areas you may also facilitate the cultural alignment of mergers, acquisitions and JV s with the company. Job Requirements Tertiary qualified (HR / Psychology or similar) with exceptional written, interpersonal and influencing skills combined with project management prowess you are highly regarded for your extensive global experience managing change in large global companies within professional services or resources and leading teams spread geographically across multiple time zones in both developed and developing countries.
