Client Service Project Manager

Jupiter, FL

In this fast-paced, dual-function role you will deliver exceptional customer service in seeking to understand our clients’ recruiting needs and goals and provide the ultimate in satisfaction, as a result. You will also spearhead projects, ensuring timeliness, quality and seamlessness from start to culmination. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for renewals and growth from both services and support clients. In working with our outside sales team, you will provide technical guidance and effectively champion all referrals. The ideal candidate will come from an HR Generalist/Recruiter background (three years, minimum), exude a “thick skin” and be highly adept at handling complex situations. Superior written and verbal communications, as well as strong presentation skills, should be a given.
