Boston office seeks attorney having 4-5 years of experience with all types of acquisition financing and capital markets. The candidate will work as a knowledge management attorney. Responsibilities will principally consist of creating and maintaining updated client and market precedents for a wide range of financing transactions. Will also be responsible for tracking market developments and trends using third party resources. Significant experience in private equity leveraged finance is required.
