Prior law firm experience is required. Must be proficient in research, docket, strong Writing skills for document Drafting, all phases of Trial preparation, document review. Well versed in Rules of Procedure is needed. Should have strong communication skills, good client interaction experience, strong case Management experience. Must be proficient in Word, Excel and a strong billing history.
