Tax Attorney The candidate must have 5+ years of General tax experience, including supporting a corporate practice. Should have a background in estate Planning as well as the tax aspects of M&A. Counsel-level applicants with no portables will be considered. Must have top grades from ranked law school. Large firm experience is preferred.
