Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Contract Real Estate Attorney The candidate should have 2-4 years' of real estate experience to join and build the growing Real Estate Lending Practice Group. Experience in all aspects of commercial loan work; including the preparation and negotiation of loan documentation, workouts, foreclosures, ability to review and understand title commitments and policies, familiarity with and ability to prepare and negotiate opinion letters and knowledge of zoning issues is needed.
