Responsibilities Responsible for upholding LSF s Safety and Sanitation standards, managing all food production, acquiring complete knowledge of all menu items and any recipe changes, creating daily specials, providing technical training and instruction to the BOH Team, presenting new menu items and wine recommendations at pre-meal for all staff members, and to make sure that all functions involving the BOH run smoothly and in accordance with Legal Sea Foods standards. Qualifications 5 - 6 years related Restaurant Industry Experience -- has been working as a Manager for at least 2 years.
