Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This position will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department s business development activities. Duties: Responsibilities: Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the Credit Union s overall strategic plan. Identify future industry trends and SEG (Sponsor Employer Groups) contact opportunities. Establish and maintain top level contacts with management of existing and potential Sponsor Employer Groups (SEGs) Track, analyze, and report on all business development activities and results directly to the CEO. Participate in networking & professional events to enhance the Credit Union s awareness in the community. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing/Communications is required. Master s degree preferred. 8-10 years of progressive executive level management experience in business development a must. Must have a proven track record of new business development growth. Must possess strong leadership & business management skills. Must be organized and capable of managing multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills are critical.
