Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Social Security Attorneys The candidates will join a firm that represents thousands of disabled claimants before the Social Security Administration and Veterans Affairs. Attorneys would Argue Social Security Disability Claims in front of Administrative Law Judges, review Social Security hearing files and medical evidence and prepare memorandum of law. Should be Bar certified in the U.S. Must have prior litigation experience. Social Security Disability experience is a plus. Veterans Compensation experience is a big plus. NOTE: The firm is looking for two Attorneys: one for Tampa, Florida and the Atlanta, Georgia area.
