Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Responsibilities - Define consolidated global advertising production processes for inclusion in all advertising agency contracts - Manager Tier 2 advertising production vendors (cost, quality, performance, etc.) - Ensure advertising agency compliance with defined advertising production processes - Develop advertising production cost and quality metrics and communicate actual performance regularly to Marketing leadership, global and local - Monitor emerging best practices in advertising production and implement when deemed viable for organization - Coordinate with Global Purchasing to ensure contractual requirements are executed consistently for advertising production projects Skills and Abilities: - Dealing with ambiguity - Drive for results - Business acumen - Conflict management - Creativity - Functional/technical skills - Interpersonal savvy - Managing and measuring work - Negotiating - Organizing - Perseverance - Presentation skills - Problem solving - Process management - Written communications QUALIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIRED: - BA/BS - Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or equivalent experience - Previous roles in Marketing, Advertising, Sales Promotion where interface with Advertising agencies and advertising production vendors was required - Previous experience with Global Purchasing's sourcing process - Previous experience as an Advertising Producer or similar role 100 Renaissance Center.
