Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This position will have ILS (Integrated Logistics Support) Program Management responsibility for new business campaigns. [ ] Project Management Extensive experience in creating comprehensive multi-tiered project schedules for significant Business Unit projects; identifies time frames for key project milestones and ensure alignment of sub tier activities for overall project visibility, tracking and completion. Directs and manages very complex project schedules requiring interfacing with multi regional or international activities. Independently identifies project resource requirements, integrate and direct multi project elements into a single collective overall project plan. Collaborates with others on the most complex projects assigned. Ability to direct, delegate and ensure performance of assigned responsibilities and tasks as a project team leader in support of the overall large scale and complex projects. Identifies and resolves any issues and provide solutions and or recommendations to ensure the successful completion of the project. Technical [ ] Customer Service/Logistics Extensive and specialized knowledge of responsibilities and tasks performed by various Logistics departments/disciplines (e.g., Spares and Repair Parts, Training, Training Equipment, Ground Support Equipment, Modification Programs, Warranties). Extensive and specialized knowledge of the interaction between departments/disciplines and how their products/processes affect one another and impact non-logistics processes (e.g., Engineering, Business, Operations). [ ] Integrated Support Plan & Mgmt Not Available [ ] Proj Planning & Implementation Complete knowledge of project planning processes and tools (i.e., project management software) to define, design, and plan projects, achieve project deliverables, optimize the contributions of internal and external resources, and accomplish desired business results. [ ] Proposal Processes Extensive, specialized knowledge of government, company, and local policies, procedures, and regulations (e.g., Estimating system manual, FAR, DFAR, TINA, ITAR, Procurement integrity, Export Compliance) relating to the development of cost proposals. Extensive, specialized knowledge of proposal, accounting, and rate development (common systems).
