Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Selling and promoting our home warranty products and services to real estate clients in a protected geographic territory Maintaining current business and developing new business Increasing market share and achieving sales goals Making Office presentations and providing Risk Management training Building rapport with agents and related affiliate service professionals. This is a Route sales and territory Management position which requires you to be in the field 8 hours a day. Successful candidate will have some experience in cold calling as a method of Business Development. Must have a minimum of some college education. A formal degree is preferred. 1-3 years outside sales experience A proven track record of success with strong closing skills Self motivated, creative and has the ability to work independently A competitive spirit, great attitude and the confidence to ask for the business Excellent work ethic and integrity Real Estate experience is a plus Public Speaking is a MUST.
