Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Audit internal processes, looking to better adhere to documented processes and procedures and to improved those processes. - Where there are no processes, work to identify process owners to build and distribute appropriate documentation. - Maintain ISO certifications and expand ITIL compliant processes to other areas of OPB AS or BA in related field US Citizenship with ability to obtain Public Trust Ability to audit organizations on processes and procedures to ensure ITIL and ISO 20,000 compliant ITIL knowledge ISO 20,000 knowledge Some familiarization of Windows OS, SAN, Network, and Web based applications in order to communicate effectively with data center infrastructure and application teams.
