A large development company in Northern Virginia is looking for a Maintenance Technician to oversee the day to day operations of a commercial mixed use property in Loudoun County/Leesburg area.

• The candidate should be a licensed HVAC tech and/orElectrician with Journeyman’s License.
• Knowledge of general plumbing, construction, fire alarm panels and sprinkler systems a must.
• GED or High School diploma required.
• This person needs to be very hands-on with a multi-task skill level to juggle the many facets of the property and assignments.
• This person needs to be able to work alone with little supervision.
• Knowledge of Energy Management/Building Automation systems.
•  Proficient with a computer (windows, excel, outlook) is needed.
• This person must possess people skills for interacting with guests, tenants, contractors and the local authorities.
• The job will require occasional weekend and night work and be available 24/7 for emergency situations.
• Background, DMV and drug screening will be performed prior to consideration.
• The job pays competitive wages with complete benefits package after 90 days. Uniforms will be supplied.
