Job Responsibilities and Requirements: To assist with decision-making processes, provides world-class Marketing analytics and problem solving capabilities to departmental/divisional leadership and/or managers. Implements data driven decisions & strategies for department/division. Extracts actionable insights from massive, highly complex, multi-dimensional datasets. Consults with managers in the use of analytical & reporting tools. Provides oversight for the content, format & Production of regular & ad hoc reports. Participates in and may facilitate work groups and committees. May provide a limited amount of Project Management. May design & maintain the departmental/divisional web page. Education Minimum Education Requirements Bachelors Degree OR combination of education and 4 years of directly related experience equivalent to at least an Admin Analyst I. Preferred Education Masters Degree or Masters degree in Business or Healthcare Administration or Computer Science. Knowledge/Skills Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements Intermediate Knowledge of Financial accounting and analysis and data collection and analysis. Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize workload. Communication, critical thinking, organizational, decision making, interpersonal, problem solving, analytical and presentation skills. Software skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Experience Requirements Minimum: 3 years Analytical, data Management & reporting, computer/programming, and/or business experience. May require prior experience in department/division and/or programming. Preferred: Other Experience Healthcare Industry experience, Consulting Firm, telecommunications or DTC. Knowledge Requirements Minimum: Intermediate Knowledge of Financial accounting and analysis and data collection and analysis. Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize workload. A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity. Solid communication skills, including ability to explain complex analytics to Executive audience . Software skills to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access. Preferred: Advanced skills in Excel / Accces, accounting and budgeting. Education Requirements Minimum: Bachelors Degree OR combination of education and 4 years of directly related experience equivalent to at least a Sr. Bus Analyst.
