Job Responsibilities and Requirements: You will support development of strategies to maximize business opportunities and mitigate risks in partnership with categorical cross-functional business teams. You'll be responsible for forecasting metrics and tracking global assortment adoption, tracking and analyzing category destination door Retail performance, as well as identifying trends and opportunities for increased revenue and maximized category profitability including in season quick strike opportunities and future seasonal opportunities. You'll be responsible for validating line framework and sku efficiencies and developing and providing appropriate business analysis to influence future purchases and assortment strategies. You'll enable integrated assortment Planning by aggregating in-season data for both partner/destination doors and the larger marketplace, including sell thru, key door capacities, category initiative performance and Product module performance. You'll respond to and drive territory needs and requirements and partner with DTC team to confirm capacities and opportunities in key spaces. You'll also develop and provide appropriate business analysis to influence future purchases and assortment strategies. You'll drive in-season reporting by developing standardized reports to inform category decision making, recapping and analyzing actual sales results to plan, identifying risks and opportunities to the business and recommending strategies to achieve Financial goals. You'll also conduct monthly business review meetings and support the tear down process to inform future seasons and quantify future seasonal opportunities. Finally, you'll plan basic and key item styles to ensure the flow of receipts supports the current and future business. Bachelor degree in business, Marketing or relevant field Minimum 2 years' progressively relevant in Product Marketing Research or Merchandising or Merchandising or 2 years additional experience in lieu of a degree Prefer experience working within a Product category or team Strong proficiency in standard business software applications required Proven ability to effectively complete quantitative and qualitative analysis and Financial Models Experience working in consumer Product Industry in similar capacity preferred Merchandising & Product Management.
