Director, NA Lean Processes

Florence, SC

The Director of Lean Processes drives the development of Lean Strategy for our client’s North American facilities, including Lean-thinking audit and analyses. Importantly, he or she mentors/coaches plant managers, functional managers and Lean champions on an ‘ad hoc’ basis and establishes Lean sharing between plants and functions.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or a related field, and Lean/Six Sigma experience. Other requirements include excellent communications skills, and the ability to work within a matrix organization with multifunctional interfaces. Manufacturing experience is preferred over traditional business processes experience.
