Materials Manager

Peterborough, NH

Our client seeks an individual with broad experience in change management and implementation, who exhibits progressive leadership experience carried out in an aggressive, decisive and energetic manner. The successful candidate, as a member of the division management team, will be instrumental in defining and championing management systems implementations and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource utilization, minimize cost, and maximize customer service and satisfaction. A four-year degree, plus 10 or more years of materials management (or experience in a related field), with a strong background in planning and production control, is required. Thorough understanding of lean manufacturing, theory of constraint principals, finite scheduling and resource management systems such as APS (Advance Planning System) is necessary. APICS certification is a plus.
