Specific Skills:

Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers, Assign sales workers to duties, Authorize payments by cheque, Authorize return of merchandise, Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, Maintain specified inventory, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
