Responsibilities:
The Transistor Device Engineer will coordinate and manage new product development activities in conjunction with Process Engineers during bring-up of new products. You will support current production through EVALUATING yield PROBLEMS and recommending corrective action. Drive yield enhancement activities and work with customers to avoid quality or performance issues. Provide creative, thorough and practical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, keeping programs on time while communicating product status to management. Must possess solid communication skills since you will have frequent inter-organizational contact & will be representing our company in determining solutions to technical problems with suppliers.
Requirements:
BSEE or MS (preferred) with 5+ years of transistor level development experience. Solid understanding of device physics, characterization, diagnosis, failure analysis, & debug activities. Be able to take complex chip designs into volume production. Complete understanding of semiconductor experience. Be self motivated with the ability to work autonomously and as a team member. Must have solid knowledge of MS Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word and be detail oriented. Demonstrate a Stabile work history, have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and punctual.
Base Salary 70K-85K (based on exp), relocation assistance & Interview Travel Reimbursement
