QUALIFICATIONS 

• Must have 7 to 10 years Compliance experience mixed in both the banking industry and prepaid industry
• Achieve compliance in: CRA, HMDA, Reg. Z, RESAP, Flood Hazard, ECOA, Fair Credit Reporting and Fair Debt Collection Act, Right to Financial Privacy Act, Reg. C. C. , Reg. E, Reg. O, Reg. D, Reg. F, and Reg. DD.
• CRCM certification preferred
