Qualified applicants must have:

·        Experience welding and fitting; tank-building experience preferred

·        Welding techniques should include flux core with wire feed

·        Physical fitness, including ability to bend, crouch, lift, kneel, lift up to 25 lbs, climb ladders and operate safely at a height

·        Ability to read and interpret blueprints

·        Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

·        Ability to think outside the box

·        Great communication skills

·        Excellent attendance

·        Overhead crane experience will be considered an asset
