Chemistry Lab Supervisor

Overview

The incumbent is responsible for the maintenance and update of laboratory information management systems.  Duties include LIMS update, database management, and validation of laboratory equipment, and chemstation/chemstore support.

Requirements

BS/BA degree required preferable in chemistry/biochemistry/computer engineering or computer science

Requires at least 5 years laboratory experience which includes one year supervisory experience

Prior experience with chemstation/chemstore is a plus

Must be familiar with oracle, LIMS system

Must be familiar with good manufacturing practices and good laboratory practices

Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
