GENERAL FUNCTION:
Under the direction of the Beaumont Centre Family YMCA Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible to administer a comprehensive maintenance plan for the Beaumont Centre Family YMCA. Time is spent on general maintenance and repair, preventative maintenance, pool filtration, housekeeping, landscaping and expense control to meet the needs of the membership and community in a safe, clean and operable facility.
KNOW HOW:
Minimum of two years of maintenance experience that includes pool operation (CPO certification preferred), plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tile, painting. Must possess strong human relations and expense control.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Responsible to help with the overall maintenance and upkeep of the 61,000 sq. ft. facility including the outdoor pool, parking lots, and grounds.
· Help maintain all operating equipment with preventative maintenance programming.
· Helps monitor inventory with up to date items in appropriate quantities.
· Inspect, replace, and repair YMCA operating equipment and report to the Property Manager.
· Actively participates in training as agreed upon by Property Manager
· Actively participates as a member of the staff team working together to achieve the Associations 5 year Strategic Plan
