SMARTECH, a leader in the computer services industry, is looking for contractors as Field Service Technicians who are experienced in removal and replacement of computer hardware parts. You will be dispatched throughout the area to replace defective parts on major brand computer equipment. These service calls are for hardware replacement only, with most calls taking less than an hour.
Technicians must have valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle. Our technicians are contacted by email and/or phone when service calls are present in their coverage area. All calls are pre-diagnosed and replacement parts are shipped to the customer’s location or the local depot. You will set up an appointment with the customer go to the location complete the call and report closure.This is a great opportunity for students and recent graduates to get their foot in the door of a growing industry! SMARTECH provides all of its contractors an opportunity to become Dell certified on all Dell products, certain certifications are necessary to get started.
