Customer Service/Sales - These are simple sales calls to clients and following up with supplier services and finalizing contracts!

12.5 hr plus commission total compensation 35-45k!
2 years experience Customer Service with some sales experience required!

Our Ideal candidate must have minimum two years of previous inside sales experience, motivated, will excellent communication skills. Customer sales, customer relationship management and problem resolution. The incumbent must have a strong work ethic and an ability to stay focused on scheduled Supplier contact programs (for fee collections, surveys, annual renewals, etc.), customer follow-up and problem resolution.

Must pass 7 year criminal background and drug screen.

Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5pm.

•Initiates the relationship with new Company Suppliers, and explains the role of Company in the relationship between the Supplier and Client

•Obtains the fee payment from the Supplier and Obtains the necessary Consent Form (CRCI) and any payment deficiency when Supplier is aligned with other Company Clients

•Explains to the Supplier the role of the Company Supplier Support team, including the Supplier Support Manager, Account Manager and the Data Manager

•Conducts annual review and survey of Company Service with Supplier and Collects annual Fee payment from renewing Suppliers

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of high school education, with a year or more of college education in business fields preferable, not required..

• Excellent command of the English language

• Speaks clearly and rationally, and keeps a cool head especially in situations where confronted with dissatisfied parties

• Strong people skills required, problem solving and innovation highly desirable
