Position Insurance Sales Team Leader 
Location Newmarket 

Team Leader to work for a LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY to manage internal sales staff’s daily activities in order to achieve divisional sales targets, would include coaching and training the financial advisor consultants.

Team leader within a call centre would be ideal 

Qualifications
Valid RIBO license 
Team player 
At least 2 years management experience of a sales team 
Basic knowledge of commercial insurance 
Basic knowledge of commercial auto insurance 
Superior communication skills
