Required Skills in Priority:
Technical skills in medical diagnostic laboratory or clinical laboratory environment.
Good working knowledge of computer applications eg. Microsoft Office. The incumbent must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written. The incumbent should have a strong background in a customer-focused environment and should possess strong analytical skills to deal with complex business issues. The incumbent must be able to effectively manage his/her time since the job requirements encompass interaction in a large number of inside and outside customers. Good presentation skills.
Preferred Skills in Priority: Experience in a customer facing position is an asset.
Good negotiation skills
Networking computer skills.
Depending on the territory covered, French may be a requirement. Otherwise, it would be an asset.

Daily Tasks to be Performed :
In addition to the responsibilities, the candidate will also be required to manage their own expenses and travel plans as well as maintaining their e-mail and voicemail communications
