Product Formulation Scientist – Water

Alpharetta, GA

Our client’s Water Technology group seeks the above professional to develop new products and evaluate formulations related to stabilized chlorine and other formulations used in recreational water treatment. Additionally, he or she will develop, optimize and validate protocols for evaluation and assessment of potential stabilized chlorine suppliers or supply sources. This individual will also provide guidance to technical teams and laboratory assistants, as needed. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry (a Ph.D. is preferred) and have five-plus years’ experience in functional product compounding and product formulation. Finally, demonstrated experience and knowledge of triazine chlorine compounds, sodium dichloroisocyanuric acid and trichloroisocyanuric acid (stabilized chlorine) are musts for success in this role.
