Technical Service Representative – Personal Care

Alpharetta, GA

Our client’s Personal Care team seeks the above professional to provide Research and Development and technical support. Working with the PCI Manager, this individual will organize and implement day-to-day project plans for product development work, and coordinate analytical work needed to advance projects. The primary focus will be on the development of antimicrobial ingredients and new coated particles for personal care formulations. From a technical aspect, this individual will answer customer inquiries about product specs, formulation issues and analysis problems, and coordinate the completion of customer questionnaires. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s is preferred) in Chemistry and be a master communicator. A background in product development/ formulation, preferably in the personal care area, is desired.
