Unlike other sites our terms of use are short and simple. For employers we ask that you post jobs which provide value to the job seekers experience.

Refrain from low quality postings. Specifically this means 100% commission based, work from home, advertising a product/service, mystery shopping, or jobs simply lacking relevant information. While we realize there are some jobs in the aforementioned categories which are legitimate its difficult to validate.

The job title should be specific and formal this helps in legitimizing your posting when moderators review it. The job description should be informative to the job seeker, include education/experience required, specific duties, compensation, etc. If moderators don't like one thing its posting which comes off as a sales pitch.
